Group Registration Form
Please note the changes to cheque payee, and the date the deposit is due. These details have not been changed on the actual registration form.
This is for the leader of those wishing to register as participants of Ayrwaves 2008. Thus, the form should be completed by the group leader.
To register your group for Ayrwaves 2008, please follow the folowing steps.
- Download the Group Registration Form (Right click on the link and "Save As..." or equivalent). NB: This is a pdf document. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to use it. This programme can be downloaded for free here: Adobe Reader Download.
- Fill in the form (this can be done on your PC). NB: you will not be able to save the filled in form as a pdf document unless you have the Adobe Professional programme.
- You can then submit the form electronically via email by clicking the button on the form and following the instructions.
- If you are paying by cheque, or wish to keep a copy for your records, you can also easily print the completed form out using the "Print" button on the form. NB: You will still be able to print the form after you have clicked the button to submit the form by email.

A non-returnble deposit of £50 (GBP) is required as soon as possible. The balance of £100 (GBP) is required by 30th April 2008.

If you are paying by cheque, once you have completed the electronic submission, please print a copy of the form and enclose it with your deposit cheque and return to:
